Explore the ancient and contemporary symbol, space, and practice of the labyrinth. Our unique two hour “playshop”, led by New England Labyrinth artist Yadina Clark, will present discussion and mindful interactions with tabletop labyrinths, seed pattern drawings, and the newly created 36-foot woodland labyrinth at Windpointe, a forested conservation property and yoga studio.
Labyrinths provide meditative activity and awareness of the present moment, which can ease stress and anxiety, and encourage relaxation and insightful introspection. Join us for an engaging and unique learning experience and help christen the ancient patterned pathway of our new labyrinth.
Yadina Clark holds a Master of Fine Arts in Intermedia from the University of Maine, where she specialized in labyrinth design and permaculture.
